June Brzezinski

June L. Armour Brzezinski, 79, Overland Park, Kan., passed away Saturday, June 14, 2008. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 19, at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf, Overland Park. Visitation will be held the evening prior at the chapel from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Private family interment at White Chapel Cemetery following the service. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. June was born Dec. 1, 1928, in Fremont, Neb. She was a member of the Overland Park Christian Church, P.E.O. Chapter GJ, and D.A.R. Quivira Crossings. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Keith C. Armour in 1974; and her second husband, Anthony Brzezinski. She is survived by her son, James Armour; daughter, Kim Beattie and her husband Gregg; grandchildren, Lindsay, Matthew, and Christopher Beattie; step- daughters, Cathy Murdock and Robin Flores; and step-grandchildren, Celeste and Katie.
