Leslie Wyman passed from this world to her greater reward on Sunday, February 27, 2011, in Columbus, Ohio.
Cherished by her family, Leslie is survived by her loving husband, Greg Wyman; daughters, Kaci and Lauren; mother, Judy McGuire; father, Wayne McGuire; grandmother, Lois McGuire; sisters, Sandra Holers and Karen Overton; brother-in-law, Jason Overton; nieces, Madeline and Mackenzie Holers; nephews, Mason Holers and Ben Overton; father -and mother-in-law, Jim and Marilyn Wyman; brother- and sister-in-law, Nick and Tina Wyman and their children Matthew, Jenny and Kurt; several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Born December 23, 1969, in Longview, Texas, Leslie earned her bachelors degree at Louisiana Tech University. A professionally certified Registered Health Information Administrator, she worked as Director Medical Records for Iron Mountain, Inc. Throughout her life, Leslie was involved in Girl Scouts and in cheer teams. She was an energetic supporter of her family’s activities, encouraging Kaci and Lauren in their academic successes and in cheer competition.
A service celebrating Leslie will be held Monday, March 7, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. at D.W. Newcomer’s Sons, 11200 Metcalf Ave., Overland Park, with visitation Sunday March 6, 2011 1:00 - 3:00 also at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation to the savings fund for Kaci and Lauren, c/o Greg Wyman.
