Lisa G. Crysler, 58, Olathe, KS, passed away June 16, 2009 after battling ALS. She gladly goes to see clearly the face of Jesus.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, June 20, 2009 at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Overland Park Chapel, 8201 Metcalf, Overland Park, Kansas. Visitation will begin an hour prior to the service in the chapel.
Lisa was an avid reader, her favorite book was How Green Was My Valley by Richard Llewyllen. She loved to cook, garden, paint, and chat with her many family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Shelton, and her brother, Phillip. She leaves for a short time, the love of her life, David, her husband and soul mate of 27 years. Also greatly loved is her mother, MaryAlice Shelton; brother, John and his wife, Sue; brother, Gary and his wife Karen; brother, Dave; brother, James and his wife Susan; and all of her nieces and nephews, Jill, Jared, Cyndi, Erin, Keith, Robert, Angela, Amanda, Allison, Sarah, and Tori. Arrangements: D.W. Newcomer's Sons Johnson County Chapel, 913-451- 1860.
