LOIS L. ANNESS
Lois L. Anness, 98, of Olathe, Kansas passed away February 10, 2012 at her home. A graveside service will be held at 2 pm Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at Shawnee Mission Memory Gardens, 23215 W 75th St, Shawnee, KS 66227.
Lois was born May 15, 1913 to Cheshire and Florence Lister in Birmingham, England. Before living with her son and daughter in law, she and her husband, George, resided in New Bedford, MA and retired to Venice, Fl.
She is preceded in death by her husband, George, newborn daughter, Stephanie, and her parents.
She is survived by her son, Stephen and wife Maureen Anness, and grandchildren: Michael Anness (Lindsay), Kate Anness, and Matthew Anness (Katie).
A special thanks needs to be given to our longtime caregiver JoJo Vargas for all her loving care and to all the wonderful people at Kendallwood Hospice that helped us through Lois's terminal illness.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions to Kendallwood Hospice, 2908 NW Vivion Road, Riverside, MO 64150.
