Lora Gene Gwynne-Clutter, 37, of Gardner, KS passed away Feb. 7, 2012 at her home. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter and sister. Lora enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite thing to do was watch her kids, nieces and nephews play in their sporting events. She never missed a game. You would always hear her cheering in the stands. She is going to be greatly missed.
Lora is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother and grandfather and her paternal grandfather. She is survived by her husband; Mike Clutter; her sons, Alex and Zach Gwynne; daughter Brooke Gwynne and step daughter Bayley Clutter, all of the home, as well as ex husband and very special friend Rick Gwynne II. She is also survived by her mother and father, Becky and Gene Green (Belton, MO); sister and brother in law, Kim and Mike Nigh (Garden City, MO), sister Tracy Green (Belton, MO), sister Magan Green (Belton, MO), sister Mandy Green (Belton, MO), sister Katie Green (Belton, MO),brother and sister in law Kyle and Kortney Green (Grandview, MO), brother and sister in law, Andrew and Ashley Green (Gardner, KS); mother in law and father in law, Roxie and Chad Thompson (Pomona, KS) mother in law and father in law, Donald and Lisa Clutter, father in law Greg "Pappy" Wilkes; brother in law and sister in law, Brandon and Heather Wilkes (Lenexa, KS), Aaron Nelson (Calif., MO), Hunter and Dustin Thompson (Pomona, MO); sister in law Dana Dameron (Clarksburg, MO), Kristen and Jacob Sutton (Ottawa, KS) and Hannah Clutter (Calif., MO). She also leaves behind 10 nieces and 8 nephews and a host of other family and many friends.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 11, 2012 at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf, Overland Park, KS. Visitation will be held two hours prior, from 12:00-2:00 PM, at the funeral home.
Family requests any memorial contributions to be made to Metcalf Bank, 109 East Main Gardner, KS 66030, to the Lora Clutter Memorial Fund for her children.
