Lori Ann Houghton, Age 46, of Olathe, KS went on to glory on Sunday, November 27, 2011. She was born on February 22, 1965 in Athens, TX, the daughter of Kay (Kemmerle) and Phil Rogers.
Survivors include her husband, Jack Houghton; sons, Robert "Heath" and Mason Houghton; mother, Kay Byers; father, Phil Rogers; one sister, Toni Rogers and one brother, Phil Rogers. She was preceded in death by her step-father, Lonnie Byers and her grandmother, Edith Kemmerle.
A Celebration of Lori's life will be held at 3:00 P.M. Thursday, December 1, 2011 at First Baptist Church of Shawnee, 11400 Johnson Drive, Shawnee, KS. A visitation will be held from 6:30-8:30 P.M. on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at the Community Bible Church, 1304 N. Parker, Olathe, KS. Burial will be held in the Moorehead-Melton Cemetery in Eustace, TX. Memorial contributions may be made to Bible Study Fellowship International, www.bsfinternational.org or to Community Bible Church.
A visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 P.M. on Friday, December 2, 2011at the home of Kay Byers. Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday in the Moorehead-Melton Cemetery in Eustace, TX.
