Marcheta Bradham

Marcheta Lea Bradham, age 89, of Seaford, DE, formerly of Overland Park, KS and Conway, SC, passed away peacefully in her sleep, Saturday, May 7, 2016 at Seaford Center Nursing Home. She was born in Kansas City, Missouri, on Thursday, April 14, 1927, daughter of the late Samuel and Florence (Pierce) Griffith.

Ms. Bradham's life was dedicated to helping and serving others through her health care as a nurse and through her volunteering at churches. She was the matriarch of her family and was always there for them. She loved her son and grandchildren more than anything.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Bradham is preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey, in 1980. She is survived by a son, Paul; three grand-daughters, Casey, Christina and Olivia; as well as many nieces, nephews and other family members. Memorial contributions may be made in Ms. Bradham's name, to any Grey Hound Rescue of your choice.
