Margaret Glenn

Margaret Helen Glenn entered the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, March 27, 2021. She was the daughter of Floyd and Elma Mae Ellis of Lane, Kansas. Margaret was preceded to heaven by husband, Eldon Dale Glenn, on June 12, 2020, and her son, Dale E. Glenn August 1, 1998. Margaret is survived by her brother, Eldon L. Ellis, Spring Hill, Kansas; daughter, Debra (Ted) Koehler, Lenexa, Kansas; daughter, Diane (Jim) Heer, Lenexa, Kansas; daughter, Denise (Terry) Ryan, Liberty, Missouri; grandchildren, Rachelle Glenn, Lindsay Bonebrake, Starla and Teddy Koehler, Haley Stewart, Ramsey, Aubrey, and Kelsey Heer, Tyler, Travis, and Lauren Ryan, and great grandson, Samuel Bonebrake.

Margaret worked at Puritan Bennett and JC Penney for years and served at First Baptist Church of Shawnee as a deaconess, Sunday school teacher, and nursery worker. She loved flowers, color, sparkle, and kids. In retirement, Margaret loved traveling and volunteering with the Kansas Children’s Service League. Her memory holds a place in the heart of many family and friends.
