Margaret E. Jaedicke, 80, of Overland Park, Kansas, passed away Friday, June 1, 2007 at St. Luke's South.
She was the daughter of Elizabeth and Myron T. Robinson of Kansas City, Kansas. Margaret played the harp, earned a B.A. from the University of Kansas, and was an elementary school teacher for three years. Margaret enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. She took twenty-six cruises, and traveled to Russia, China, Europe, and Hawaii on many occasions.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Gene Jaedicke; her daughter, Susan Jaedicke; and her son-in-law, Jim Hinson, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Tuesday, June 5 at D.W. Newcomer's Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf. Visitation will be held from 11:00 until noon, followed by a memorial service and graveside. Donations to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
