Margie D. Maynard, 87, of Overland Park, KS passed away at home Friday, April 11, 2008.
Mrs. Maynard was a founder of TLC for Children and Families, member of Johnson County Young Matrons, Rho Iota Gamma and Asbury Methodist Church.
Survivors include Bob, her husband of 63 years; son, Rob; daughter, Judy; granddaughters, Christa Sifrit and husband Jeff, Amie and Nikki Walter and 2 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at D.W. Newcomer?s Sons Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf Overland Park, KS. Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 15, 2008 from 5-7 p.m. at the chapel. Private burial at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Kansas City, MO. Memorial Contributions may be made to TLC for Children and Families, 480 South Rogers Road Olathe, KS 66062.
