Marilyn Elizabeth Dorn

Marilyn Elizabeth Dorn age 81, passed away on April 25th, 2020 in Overland Park, Kansas. Marilyn brought her spark and energy to everything she did. She was an exceptional and loving mother, unwavering in her support and wise counsel. She took great pride in all her grandchildren, and especially enjoyed following their interests and activities. Family and friends were always welcome in her home. Whether for a drop-in cup of coffee or a more formal celebration, Marilyn was ready and delighted in sharing time with you. She was an avid reader, also enjoying flower gardening, needlework and listening to music. Preceded in death by parents, 2 brothers and 1 sister. Survived by her brother, Ron Mueller (Sandi); children Janine Hron (Fred), Patrick (Maureen) and Julie; and grandchildren, Nathan, Carolyn, Patrick, Nicholas, Danielle and Regan. A family burial ceremony will take place at a later date in Minnesota. Memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society or the donor’s choice.
