Marion Louise Moore was born April 7, 1927, in Hogan, Missouri to Richard and Eulah (Pearson) Sherrill. She married the love of her life, Eulys Lynden Moore, on December 30, 1950. Together they created a beautiful family and wonderful memories filled with deep friendships, dancing, traveling and flower gardening. Louise & Lynn celebrated 55 years of marriage in 2005.
Louise was preceded in death by her Mother & Father, Sisters: Mary Lou & Delores, Brothers: Jimmy & Don and Husband Lynn. She left a legacy of love and is survived by three generations. Her children: Craig Lynden & Jennifer (Robinson) Moore and Kimberly Sherrill (Moore) & Dirk Renner. Her grandchildren: Kelly Lynn (Pickrell) & Kevin Turner and Todd Michael (Pickrell) & Jeremy Hilgert. One of her greatest joys was becoming a “GG” to her great-grandchildren: Cooper Allan & Cailynn Louise.
Louise lived an incredible life of 95 years, 6 months, and 6 days. For her, age was never a limitation. At the age of 95 she could be found sledding down the hill or jumping in leaves with her Greats. She also spent many hours in the company of friends playing dominoes and mahjong. Louise was passionate about her Beliefs, politics, and convictions. She was an advocate for Equality and Women’s Rights.
Louise will be remembered for her wonderful storytelling, the ability to whistle in harmony with Lynn, her warm hugs and laughter.
