Mrs. Marjorie (Sharpsteen) Strack

Marjorie I. Strack was born July 26, 1916 in Wellington, Kansas. She was the Daughter of Lydia and Benjamin Sharpsteen. She was the youngest of 13 children.
Marjorie married Harry L. Strack on September 30, 1940 in Wichita, Kansas. She lived in Shawnee, Kansas since 1951. She was a member of the Shawnee Baptist Temple, Shawnee, Kansas and later the Assembly of God, Bergman, Arkansas.
Marjorie, 96, died June 8, 2013. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harry L. Strack.
She is survived by her four children, Edward Strack of Liberal, Kansas; Jerry Strack and wife, Beverly of Leawood, Kansas; Linda Covert of Shawnee, Kansas; and Ronald Strack and wife, Diana of San Angelo, Texas; two grandchildren, Diana Jeffers and Husband Lee of Kansas City, Missouri; and Major Brian Strack and wife, Penelope of Sneads Ferry, North Carolina; and great-granddaughter, Vivian Strack of Sneads Ferry, North Carolina.
Marjorie lived the last 19 years of her life with her loving and caring daughter Linda. She enjoyed family time and playing pinochle and dominoes with family and friends.
