Marjory Roegner Wilson, age 86, Overland Park, Kansas, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, August 17, 2007.
Marjory was born on May 3, 1921 to John and Ruby Sweenie in Springfield, Nebraska. She married Harold F. Roegner, Sr. in Springfield and after his death, she was wed to Charles R. Wilson in Overland Park, Kansas.
Marjory was preceded in death by her parents; her only sibling, Lynn Sweenie; and both husbands. She is survived by two children, Harold Roegner, Jr. of Midland, TX and Marcia Bishop of Reed City, MI; two step-children, Charles G. Wilson of Parkville, MO and Judith Rabito of Rockford, IL. She is also survived by four grandsons, Garrick Roegner and Darren Roegner both of Dallas, TX; Daniel Bishop, Jr. of Boulder, CO and Ben Bishop of Reed City, MI; a step-granddaughter, Erin Wilford of Kansas City, MO and a step-grandson, Chris Wilson, also of Kansas City, MO. She is also survived by 4 beautiful great-grandchildren, Rosie, Evelyn, Knox, and Mathis.
A gathering of family and friends will be from 2:00 ? 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 21st at Overland Park Church of the Nazarene, 9030 Lamar Ave., Overland Park, Kansas, followed by a celebration of her life at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday at the church.
The family suggests contributions in Marjory?s memory be made to the Overland Park Church of the Nazarene.
