Mary Catherine Glasscock, 89, of Olathe, Kansas passed away Monday, August 4, 014.
Mary was born on July 28, 1925 to Vern and Nellie Griffith in Pueblo, Colorado. She was a Registered Nurse, specializing in surgery, a champion Golfer, and a long time volunteer at Kalediscope, The American Cancer Society and Starlight Theater.
She was preceeded in death by her parents; husband Richard, and 4 siblings (Leona, Corrine, Vern and Richard). She is survived by her 3 children, Patrick (Richard Cooper), Mike (Ron McCarty) and Susie Huttie (Dave Irvine), 2 grandchildren Lee Huttie (Lauren Potter) and Katie Johnson (Matthew Johnson) and 1 great grandchild, Mason Joe Johnson, the love of her life.
Funeral services will at 11AM on Thursday, August 7, 2014 at Shawnee Presbyterian Church, 6837 Neiman Road, Shawnee, Kansas.
