Mary Lee Treaster, 79, of Leawood, Kansas, passed away September 26, 2015, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s.
Born in Kansas City, Kansas, Mary Lee graduated from Washington High School. She worked at TWA in the dispatch office until her marriage to Harold E. Treaster Jr in 1957. She was an avid square dancer and bridge player as well as being an enthusiastic arts participant during her life.
She is survived by; her husband Harold E. Treaster Jr., daughters Cynthia Treaster of Mission and Sandra Burns (George) of San Diego, brother Tom Tanner (Norma), as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Lucille and L.O. (Tom) Tanner.
There will be a graveside service at 1pm September 30, 2015 at Johnson County Memorial Garden, 11200 Metcalf Avenue, Overland Park, KS 66210. Memorial donations in Mary’s name may be made to www.gracehospicekc.com
