Michael L. Breakey, 68, of Olathe, KS, passed away March 6, 2014.
He is survived by his soul mate of 20 years, Pam, his sister, Patrice Reynolds, two sons Jason (Zuma) and Jordan Breakey, three step-children Jessica (Andy) Carpenter, Lisa (Brian) Fitzpatrick, Chris (Cristina) Schutte and seven grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 11th from 6-8 p.m. at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf. A Celebration of Life service will be held Wednesday, March 12th at 2 p.m. at Unity Church of Overland Park, 10300 Antioch.
Mike will long be remembered for his hearty laugh, his love of teaching, his creative talent in art and his many hours of sharing his strength and hope with his countless friends. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all.
