Mr. Michael O'Neill

Michael Thomas O'Neill, 60, of Overland Park, passed away on March 13, 2014 at Kansas City Hospice House.
Mike was born on July 31, 1953 in San Antonio, Texas to Eugene and Mary O'Neill. He was a graduate of the University of Indiana and worked for Bridgestone Firestone for over 36 years, retiring January 1, 2014. Mike was a life-long Notre Dame Football fan. Go Irish!
He loved watching sports, cooking, and hanging out with his family.
Survivors include his loving wife of 26 years, Jenny, his three children, Matthew, Andrew, and Erin, all of Overland Park, a sister, Kathleen (William) Nugent of Northfield, New Jersey, two brothers, Daniel (Terri) O'Neill, and Thomas (Jennifer) O'Neill, both of South Bend, Indiana, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 22nd, 12-1:00 PM, with a memorial service to follow at 1:00 PM, at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Johnson County Chapel. Memorial contributions in Michael's name may be made to Kansas City Hospice House.
