Miguel Rodriguez

Miguel Angel Rodriguez Santiago , 58, passed away March 15, 2018, surrounded by his family.  Miguel was born in Guayanilla, Puerto Rico on February 15, 1960 to Francisco Rodriguez and Sergia Santiago.  He served four years in the United States Army as a Security Signal Specialist.  After serving, he enrolled in the Interamerican University.   He earned two bachelor’s degrees, Business Administration and Computer Science.   For the past 25 years he has been employed by the USDA in Kansas City, Missouri.

He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Mayra Rodriguez and his three children, Miguel Rodriguez, Yamil Rodriguez and Taina Marie Rodriguez.

Miguel was the youngest of 11 children and is survived by 9.  Hector Rodriguez,  Luz A. Rodriguez,  Jose F. Rios, Nihra A. Rodriguez, Liliam Rodriguez, Elizabeth Rodriguez, Maria M. Rodriguez, Francisco A. Rodriguez and Maria D. Rodriguez.  He was preceded in death by Aglae Rodriguez.

Visitation will be 2:00 – 6:00 PM Sunday, March 18 at the Johnson County Funeral Chapel, 11200 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, 66210

Funeral Services will be at 7:00 PM Monday, March 19 at the Johnson County Funeral Chapel, 11200 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, 66210
