Monty "Gigi" Miller, 94, passed away Thursday, February 17, 2011. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Monday, February 21 at D.W. Newcomer’s Sons Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf. A celebration of her life will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 22 at the chapel. Inurnment in Johnson County Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to Kansas City Hospice, 9221 Ward Parkway, Suite 100, Kansas City, MO 64114.
Survivors include her sister, Aleen Conkright (Floyd); brother, Roy Furgerson (Jean); granddaughter, Shauna Cheshier (Mark); and 3 great-grandchildren, Adam, Matthew and Amanda.
