Nancy Kuzydym

Nancy Lynn (Johnston) Kuzydym, 65 passed away on January 10th 2019 at her home in Olathe Kansas. Nancy was born December 18, 1953 in Kansas City, Kansas. She graduated from Shawnee Mission West High School in 1972. Nancy used her creative artistic talent working as a floral designer at Dillons for many years with Lois Partlow. Nancy expanded her talents to include acrylics and oil painting and display work at numerous craft shows, especially the Barn Show in Gardner on Lois Partlow’s property. She also worked in the Olathe School District as aide and teaching assistant with elementary and junior high school students.

Nancy loved to travel and be near the water, enjoying the lake house that the family owned in the Lake of the Ozarks.  She loved water skiing and boating.  She also enjoyed traveling to New Bern and South Port North Carolina, the Lake of the Ozarks, and Pagosa Springs Colorado.  She was a loving mother and wife who cherished her family and friends.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Rich(Kuz), children Matt and Stephen, her mother Katherine Johnston, and sisters Kathy Vetter and Connie Murphy. Along with numerous nieces and nephews.  Her family and friends are heart broken by her passing and will miss her tremendously.
