Norman F. Sime, 58, passed away Friday, January 17, 2014, at the Shawnee Mission Medical Center.
Norman was born February 2, 1955, in Devil's Lake, ND, to Janet M. Sime and Harvey A. Sime, Sr. He worked as a bowling machine mechanic for over 40 years and loved to bowl. Norman was also a member of the Tribe of Mic-O-Say, loved to camp and was an Eagle Scout.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Norman is survived by his wife, Catherine; brothers, Harvey, Edward; and sister, Margaret Richey.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, January 23, 2014, at D.W. Newcomer's Sons – Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf, Overland Park, KS 66210. Interment will take place at a later date at the Johnson County Memorial Gardens, Overland Park.
