Ottis Perry Jr., 28, passed away on Monday, December 31, 2012. A visitation will be held on Friday, January 4, 2013 from 6:30 – 8:30 PM at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf Ave. Overland Park, KS. Funeral Services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Hope Community Church, 117 Denver Ave, KC, MO.
Survivors include his wife, Rosa Piper-Perry, children; Jendaya, Destiny and Amanti Piper- Perry, Parents, Debra Dzubin and Otis Perry Sr., sisters; Constance Perry, Jasmine Perry, Crystal Dale and Carla Crespin, brothers; Howard Perry and Dion Perry.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hope Community Church to help the family with funeral expenses.
