Patricia Ruth White passed away peacefully at home on 12/21/2014 in Westbrook, Maine.

Pat was born on 09/14/1928 in Arkansas City, Kansas and was the oldest child of Derwood Lavaughn Taylor and Norma Lee (Risenhoover) Taylor whom passed away on 12/21/1988 and 08/02/2006 respectively. Her parents are resting at Brushy Cemetery near Sallisaw, Oklahoma.

Her brother Donald Lee Taylor passed away on 12/02/2012 and is resting at Elmwood Cemetery in Oklahoma and is survived by her sister Sara Jane Bradley of Burnside, Kentucky.

Her late husband, Gilbert Bruce White passed away on 11/09/2003 and is resting at Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville.

Patricia lived her life as an example to others through grace, elegance, respect, and patience.

Pat was interested in Archeology and had a passion for Ancient Egyptian Culture and had collected historically accurate Hand Crafted Egyptian Art.

Her other passions were taking car of her cats, reading mystery novels, working crossword puzzles, dancing and gardening.

She loved to sing Opera & Big Band Swing for her surviving son Douglas Vincent White and daughter-in-law Olga Volodymyrivna White whom were born on 06/06/1957 and 08/03/1962 respectively.

Her greatest heartache was the accidental loss of her oldest daughter; Pamela Lynn White, born on 05/01/1951 and whom died on 10/28/1972 while attending KSU in Manhattan, Kansas, whom is also resting at Johnson County Memorial Gardens in Overland Park, Kansas were her children grew up.
