Patsy passed away peacefully on Friday on June 10, 2016 at Bishop Spencer Place. She was the 4th generation of the Cooley family to live in the Kansas City area. She spent her final weeks surrounded by her loving family and friends who traveled from near and far. She lived her final moment as she spent most of her life, thankful for all the great times she had and people she loved, sometimes raising her hands with joy and stating "Didn't we have a blast? We have so much to be thankful for, don't we?" She lived a full life, enjoyed traveling and experiencing many things, but always stayed true to her humble upbringing. Her top priority was caring for her family and regularly emphasized the importance of good character to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a loyal friend who loved to get away with her lifelong "girlfirends" from high school and their regular trips and sleepovers. In addition to her parents, Herbert and Ruby Cooley, Patsy is proceeded in death by her husband, Robert Bouckhout; her sons, Darren Bouckhout and Robert Bouckhout; brothers: Dan, Timothy, Dixon and Donald Cooley. Patsy is survived by her daughters Victoria B Fletcher, Alicia B Cunningham; grandchildren Damon Bouckhout, Lowell Fletcher and wife Jennifer, Kyle Leverett, Wesley Fletcher, Whitney F Wheeler and husband Richard, Brandon Fletcher, Steven Cunningham and Kristen Cunningham; great-grandchildren, Kaylee, Teagan, Ava, and one expected.
