Paul Glen Dowl III, 39, of Kearney Missouri, died on March 9, 2007 in Independence, Missouri. He was born February 15, 1968 in Meridian, Mississippi to Paul G. Dowl, Jr. and Jeanine K. Ferguson.
Surviving are his father Paul G. (Debbie) Dowl, Jr. of Kearney, MO, and his mother, Jeanine K. (Jack) Warner of South Pekin; two sons, Paul Glen Dowl IV and Nathaniel Ryan Dowl both of Manito; six sisters, Ashton Dowl of Kearney, Dennise Montgomery of Beaumont, TX, Dawn (Dave) Ball of East Peoria, Lotilta (Charles) Rushing of Mendenhall, MS, Paulette (Jimmy) Swedenburg of Columbus, MS, and Karma Johnson of Roxanna, IL; two brothers, Kamen Paul Dowl of Jackson, MS, and Kamdan Dowl of Kearney, MO. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and a brother Kevin Montgomery.
Paul was a water proofer at Adam Evans Waterproofing Company, he was a life member of AMA, he raced three wheelers and was Illinois State champion for three years, and in 1982 was 200CC 3 wheeler National Champion; he attended the First Baptist Church of Independence, Missouri.
