Perry Mark Toll

Perry Mark Toll, Leawood, went to the lord on March 21, 2025. Perry was born to Mark Irving Toll and Ruth (Parker) Toll on October 28, 1945, in Kansas City, MO. He graduated from Northeast High School in 1963, and from the University of Kansas with degrees in Economics and Political Science in 1967 and Juris Doctor in 1970. On August 26, 1967, he married Mary Anne Shottenkirk in Lawrence, KS. Two children were born to them: Andrea Lynne and Hillary Anne. Following graduation Mr. Toll practiced law in Kansas City as a member of the Shughart, Thomson, and Kilroy Law Firm for over 38 years, serving as president for 10 years. He was listed in Best Lawyers of America and designated a Kansas City Super Lawyer. Mr. Toll was a member of the Mission Road Bible Church and a true believer in our savior Jesus Christ, the sinless son of God who died on a cross to bear our sins that those who believe in Him may have everlasting life with Jesus. On the third day he arose to sit at the right hand of God where He intercedes for us. Mr. Toll is survived by Mary Anne, his wife of 57 years, their daughter Hillary Biskner, her husband Adam and grandchildren Kaelyn and Clay Biskner.  Memorial may be sent to City Union Mission, 1100 E. 11th Street, Kansas City, MO 64106.
