R. Elaine Orcutt, 74, passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2011. Visitation will be 2:30-3:30 pm, Friday, May 13th at Ascension Catholic Church, 9510 W, 127th St. Mass will immediately follow at 3:30 pm. Interment will take place at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, May 14th at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, 7909 Mormon Bridge Road, Omaha, NE. Elaine was born June 16, 1936 in Omaha, Nebraska. She was married to Ron Orcutt and had four children. She enjoyed scrapbooking, knitting, cooking, and traveling in her spare time. She had a great sense of humor and enjoyed making people laugh. Elaine was a very devoted mother and grandmother, she had a very kind and generous soul. Elaine was also a member of Ascension Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her son, Douglas James Orcutt and her parents, Henry and Evelyn Gladden.
Elaine is survived by her children, Susan (Mark) Cox of Atlanta, GA, David (Amy) Orcutt of Mankato, MN, and Lori (David) Rosebrough of Overland Park, KS; and grandchildren, Jeffrey and Jon Cox, Ellen, Harrison, Joseph, Claire, and Samual Orcutt, and Christopher, Madeline, and Olivia Rosebrough.
