Rafik Karapetyan, 73, of Overland Park, KS, passed away January 29, 2013.
He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Varta Karapetyan; along with two children; Robert and Yervand; 3 grandchildren, Lianna, Abigail and David; as well as many other sisters, relatives, nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral Services for Rafik will be held Friday Feb. 1, 2013 at 12PM at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Johnson County Chapel 11200 Metcalf Ave. Overland Park, KS 66210 with a visitation to be held one hour prior. Interment will be held at Pleasant Valley Cemetery 9500 W 159th St Stanley, Johnson, KS 66221.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions to be sent to the American Cancer Society P.O. Box 22718 Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73123-1718.
