Raymond L. Coulter, passed away on November 4, 2014. He was retired from BNSF railroad. Raymond is survived by his wife Emily Coulter and many nieces and nephews. A private celebration of life will be held in Overland Park where he will be buried. In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorials be made to the Countryside United Methodist Church in Topeka.
