Reese Jerome

Reese Alan Jerome, 24, passed away on October 21, 2017. Reese was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather William Grist. He leaves behind to celebrate his life; his parents Vince Jerome and Cyndi Jerome, his sister Lauren, paternal grandmother Ardis Jerome, maternal grandmother Patricia Grist, paternal grandfather Roy Jerome, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends.

Reese was a fun, caring, loving optimist. His dreams were bigger than any of us. His love for the outdoors was always apparent in his life. Whether he was hunting, fishing, snowboarding, or cruising to the tropics, this love was only matched by his love for family. Reese left us all too soon. He will be missed greatly by all.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 26, from 5-8PM, at the Johnson County Funeral Chapel, 11200 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS 66210. A memorial service will be held at 2PM on Friday, October 27, also at Johnson County Funeral Chapel. Inurnment will follow at Johnson County Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Children's Mercy, 2401 Gillham Rd, Kansas City, MO 64108, in honor of Reese Jerome.
