After the war he attended Hofstra College in Hempstead, NY and graduated in 1950. In 1956 he married Rosemary, his wife of 50 years until her passing in 2007. From 1956 through 1984 they raised their children in Greenlawn, NY before moving to Overland Park, KS. He worked the majority of his career in the insurance industry for Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Co. as a C.L.U. and retired in 1989. A caring, generous father and granddad, he could always be counted on for guidance and encouragement in times of difficulty; even as his health deteriorated. He courageously battled his disease; maintaining a strong will to live, positive attitude and sense of humor until the end. He will be loved and missed completely, forever.
