Reva M. Creamer, 77 years of age, from Olathe, KS passed away on Monday, March 19th 2018. She was born on January 28th, 1941 in Odell Nebraska to Alfred and Lucille Poppen. Reva attended the Sunrise Country School and graduated from high school in Marysville KS. Reva moved to Beatrice, Nebraska where she met Larry Creamer. Reva and Larry were married on April 22nd, 1962 and shortly after moved to Lincoln, Nebraska. Reva was employed by the Centel phone company as a secretary and advanced to manager over the human resources department. During her time at Centel, Reva received her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources at Doane University. In 1993, Reva and Larry moved to Kansas City where she worked for Sprint as a Technical Training Specialist. She developed and delivered training courses to over 6000 Sprint employees throughout the United States. Reva was a member of the Atonement Lutheran Church for 20 years and enjoyed volunteering in their office. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, traveling, and playing Mahjong.
Survivors include her husband, Larry Creamer of Olathe, KS, her children, Richard Creamer and wife Janna of Golden, CO, Rodney Creamer of Independence, MO, and grandchildren Joshua Creamer, Tori Creamer, Julia Creamer, Alexandra Creamer, and Nathan Creamer
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 28th 2018 at the Atonement Lutheran Church in Overland Park, KS. A private family service will be held on a later date at Johnson County Funeral Chapel and Memorial Gardens
