Richard McMorris

Richard Gene McMorris passed away at the age of 87 at Olathe Hospice in Olathe, KS. April 3, 2015. He was born in Decatur County Iowa, the youngest of eight children. He was a Korean War Veteran, a graduate of the University of Iowa, and retired from the practice of law in 1990.
He leaves his wife Tippy, to whom he was married for 55 years, son Ron (wife Debbie), daughter Cheryl (husband Randy) and three grandsons Adam, Kevin & Duncan.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at Old Mission United Methodist Church, 5519 State Park Road, Fairway, Kansas 66205.
Immediately following the service the family will greet friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Old Mission United Methodist Church.
