Robert L. "Buck" Pastorious, 79, of Lenexa, passed away on March 11, 2012 in his home.
Buck was born November 3, 1932 in Berlin, MO. Buck served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He has been a Lenexa resident since 1963.
Survivors include his loving wife, Sue, a daughter, Melody Beery, 2 grandchildren, Derrick Downey, and Deena Downey (Cody Blanche), and 3 great-grandchildren, Cody, DeNay, and Cayden. Buck is preceded in death by two sons, Billy and Jeff Pastorious.
A Celebration of Robert's Life will be held on Thursday, March 15th, 2:00 PM, with a 30 minute visitation prior to service time, at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Johnson County Chapel Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS 66210. (913) 451-1860
