Robert Warren Juhn, age 88 of Overland Park Kansas passed away on June 24th, 2021 at Brookdale of Overland Park. He was born December 12th, 1932 in Kansas City Missouri. He graduated from Manual Vocational School in Kansas City. He worked at Pitney Bowes for 40 years as a service technician. Bobby had a knack for fixing just about anything. He served 2 years in the Army from 1953 until 1955 as a Unit Supply Specialist in the 82nd Airborne Division and was honorably discharged. He married Sally Ann Douglas in 1988. He was previously married to Cleota Pauline Thurman in 1953 and had two sons, they divorced in 1973.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 29 years, Sally Ann Juhn, his parents Harry and Irma Juhn, sister Barbara House and stepdaughter Amy Douglas
He is survived by his sister Gloria Ceplina of Warrensburg Missouri, Sons Robert Juhn, daughter-in-law Penny of Lee’s Summit Missouri, David Juhn, daughter-in-law Lisa of Overland Park Kansas, stepson Brent Douglas, daughter-in-law Sharon of Glen Carbon Illinois, grandchildren Adam Juhn, Emilee Petersen, Daniel Juhn, step grandchildren Andrew Douglas, Katie Douglas, and great grandchildren Owen Petersen, Evelyn Juhn, Sloane Petersen, and Benjamin Juhn.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to the Alzheimer’s Association.
