Rosa Maria Manes, 71 of Olathe, Kansas passed away Friday, April 22, 2011 surrounded by loved ones. Rosa was born in ElPaso, Texas on March 11, 1940 and is survived by her 3 children, Ronald Dean “Dino” Manes and his wife Terry Manes of Olathe, Kansas; Sharon Leann Manes of Raymore, Missouri and Michael Edward Manes. Rosa was blessed with 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild: Michael Dean Manes, Felicia Rios, Kassandra Paige Manes, KariAnn Manes, Briney Nicole Manes, Derrick Michael Manes, Wesley George Manes and Jack D. Manes; 3 brothers and 1 sister also survive Rosa, Viviano Villalobos, Margarito Villalobos, Sabino Villalobos and Petra Ramirez of ElPaso, Texas. Rosa was also blessed with many friends through the years that will miss her greatly.
The memorial service will be held at Prince of Peace Catholic Church: 16000 West 143rd Street, Olathe, Kansas on Tuesday, April 26, 2011. Rosary at 10:30am, the Mass at 11:00. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to the Prince of Peace Parish in memory of Rosa Manes.
