Rosella "Joan" Lundberg

Rosella Joan Lundberg, 86, of Stilwell, Kansas passed away on March 1, 2022.

She was born in Hutchinson, Kansas to Walter F. and Leona Mae (Weve) Sturgeon.

She had two children by her first husband, Richard Oliver, in Chanute, KS.  She graduated Nursing school in 1966 in Chanute and went into pharmaceutical sales.  She thrived in her career and married Marvin Lundberg in 1967.  They had 51 years together before he passed in 2018.

Joan will be reunited with her husband Marv, daughter, Sherry Gianos (Oliver), mother, Leona, three sisters and two brothers.

She is survived by her son Larry Oliver, three grandchildren; Carmen, Christopher and Bryan Anthony; three great grandchildren; one brother, Jerry Sturgeon and one sister, Betty Pistorius.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 – 11:00 am on Tuesday, March 8  2022, at Johnson County Funeral Chapel, 11200 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS 66210.  A graveside service will follow at Johnson County Memorial Gardens.
