Mr. Theodore Taylor

Theodore N. "Ted" Taylor, 65, Olathe, KS passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2007 at Overland Park Regional.
Ted was born August 20, 1941 and was raised in Merriam, KS with three brothers and five sisters, by Leon and Faye Taylor. Ted married Lynn on August 3, 1986 and resided in Olathe, KS. Ted was employed by City Union Mission where he served the Lord as Administrator of the Christian Life Program. He was also an ordained minister of the gospel. He graduated from Calvary Bible College with a Masters Degree in Biblical Studies and attended Dallas Theological Seminary. Ted was passionate about teaching God's word to others.
He was preceded in death by Leon Taylor, Faye Wise, Jack Taylor, Marilyn Barraclough and Alice Armstrong. Survivors include his wife, Lynn Taylor; sons, Doug Langham and Michael Langham; grandchildren, Andrew, Woodrow, Krystal, Dalton, Tanner, Rachel and Porter; brothers, Jim and Frank Taylor; sisters, Leona Jackson, Evelyn Barnes and Judy Sirmons and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 2-3 PM, Friday, August 3 at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf. Funeral services will immediately follow at 3 P.M. Burial in Johnson County Memorial Gardens.
