THOMAS STURGEON CARROLL
Thomas Sturgeon Carroll, 92, passed away at his home on November 26, 2011. He was born in Kansas City, Missouri, August 21, 1919. Thomas graduated from Franklin High school in 1938. He entered the Air Force and became head of the photo lab at Hill Field in Ogden, Utah during World War II. Thomas returned to Kansas City where he worked as a photographer for Macy's and Jones Department Stores, opening his own studio in 1964.
He was preceded in death by his sister Ruth, his parents; Ernest and Katherine Carroll, his mother and father in law; Bettie and Sam Musgrave, and his wife Jane. He is survived by his daughter, Bettie.
