Tillie Strecker, 88, passed away Saturday, November 3, 2007, at Oak Springs Nursing Home, Warrenton, Virginia.
Services will be 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 12, at Calvary Lutheran Church, 7500 Oak, Kansas City, Mo. Visitation will be 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 11, at Johnson County Funeral Chapel, (913) 451-6180.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Calvary Lutheran Church or School.
Born Tillie Mollie Margaret Veh on April 13, 1919, in Russell County, Kan., she married Herman A. Strecker on Jan. 6, 1945, who preceded her in death. She is survived by two daughters, Helen Sanders, Denville, NJ and Robin Strecker-Adams, Rixeyville, Va.; two grandsons, Jason Sanders and Corey Sanders; a brother, John Veh.
