Mrs Tisha Yearout

Tisha Lynne Yearout, 46, Overland Park, Kansas, passed away Monday, October 13, 2008. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 17, 2008 at United Methodist Church of the Resurrection, Main Sanctuary. Visitation will be held the evening prior from 6-8 p.m., at United Methodist Church of the Resurrection, Wesley Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Saving Grace Productions, United Methodist Church of the Resurrection, 13720 Roe Ave., Leawood, Kansas 66224. Tisha was born March 6, 1962 in Alameda, California. She spent her early years living in various states, including Hawaii, with her mother and sister as her father served in the United States Navy. Relocating to Kansas in 1976, she entered Shawnee Mission Northwest where she was crowned Homecoming Queen in 1980. She then went to the University of Kansas where she became a member of Gamma Phi Beta Sorority. Tisha graduated with a degree in bachelor of science in nursing in 1985. She worked in her field in a hospital ICU room and also as a flight nurse. She married Bobby Yearout in 1990 and had 3 beautiful daughters, which were her greatest pride and joy. Tisha was recently preceded in death by her grandmother, Susie Downing. Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Bobby; daughters, Haley, Hanna, and Jamie; son, Ryan; father and mother, Lyndall and Roberta Ford; sister, Tawnya Ford; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Robert and Marsha Yearout; as well as many other family and friends.
