Thomas Jeremy Haynes, affectionately known as "TJ," passed away on September 22, 2023, in Gladstone, Missouri. He was born on November 19, 1965 in Nebraska to his loving parents Thomas M Haynes and Karen Haynes.
TJ dedicated his life to helping others as a paramedic from 1993 to 2020. It was evident that he had a true passion for his work, as he often spoke about how much he loved being a paramedic. Most of his career was spent with the Municipal Ambulance Services Trust (MAST), where he made a lasting impact on his community through his commitment and care.
TJ had a particular fondness for football and was an ardent fan of the Broncos. He would eagerly watch games alongside his daughters~Catherine and Emma, cheering them on with great enthusiasm. Additionally, TJ's passion for cooking led him to compete in barbecue competitions. His culinary skills were unmatched, and he poured his heart into every dish he prepared.
In reflecting upon TJ's life, it is clear that his greatest love was for his children. He leaves behind three beloved children who meant the world to him: Catherine Smith (husband TJ Smith), Emma Haynes, and Ethan Haynes. They were the light of his life and brought immense joy and fulfillment to him as a father.
As we mourn the loss of TJ, we also remember those who predeceased him. He joins his father Thomas M Haynes, his sisters Michelle Lewchuk and Suzanne Lopez, in eternal rest. Their memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved them. TJ is survived by his mother Karen Haynes and his sister Annie Heath, who find solace in the memories they shared together.
