Mr. Todd Pruitt

Todd A Pruitt, beloved husband, father, family man, and friend, passed away Thursday, November 15, 2012.
Todd was born September 30, 1961 in Columbus, Ohio. Spending most of his life in Kansas City, Todd attended Center High School and graduated from Central Missouri State in 1983. Todd spent his career in the healthcare industry and was known throughout the local physician practice community.
Todd's smile and warm funny personality touched so many lives. His gift of hospitality and love for entertaining family and friends, especially with his wife Leslie at his side, will forever be in our memories. Todd's gentle spirit will live on in his three beautiful children.
Todd is preceded in death by his father, Robert F Pruitt. He is survived by his wife Leslie, son Ethan, daughters Emily and Sarah of Shawnee, Kansas; his mother Helen Pruitt of Lee's Summit, Missouri; Sister and Brother-in law Leslie and Dan Ward of Lee's Summit, Missouri; Nephew Nick Ward and his wife Krista of Lee's Summit, MO; Nephew Nathan Ward of Columbia, Missouri; several Aunts and Uncles, Cousins, and many friends.
A celebration of life service will be held at Westside Family Church, 8500 Woodsonia Drive, Lenexa, Kansas on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at 12 noon. Friends can call on the family with a visitation held at 11am.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Sarah Grace Pruitt Education fund or the Todd Pruitt Memorial, c/o Stifel Nicolaus, 800 W. 47th Street, Suite 600, Kansas City, MO 64112.
