Velma (Cox) LaFleur, age 100, died November 2, 2012 at Shawnee Gardens Nursing Home.
Velma was preceded in death by husbands, Orville Cox and Herman LaFleur; son Orville B. Cox, and two grandchildren.
She is survived by son Ronald Cox and wife Pat; daughter, Bonita Apple, daughter Sharon Matney and husband Clyde; and her many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren. Per her request, cremation with private family memorial service at a later date.
