Mrs. Virginia McCabe

VIRGINIA MAE MCCABE, 91, Overland Park, KS passed away Saturday, June 22, 2013.
Virginia was born January 23, 1922 at Riverside, Iowa the daughter of Lester and Loretta Ford.
She was one of ten children. Virginia graduated from Brooklyn High School. She worked for the Shawnee Mission Schools as Cafeteria Cashier.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl W. McCabe.
Survivors include her son, Ron McCabe and wife, Nancy; one brother Delmar Ford; two sisters, Nora DeFelice and Wilma Clausen; and her faithful friends.
Visitation from 1 to 2 pm Wednesday, June 26, 2013 followed by a funeral service at 2 pm at D.W. Newcomers Sons Johnson County Chapel 11200 Metcalf, Overland Park, KS 66210. Burial will follow at Johnson County Memorial Gardens.
