Virginia Hill Warning, age 97, passed away on August 8, 2015. Virginia was born in Chicago, the first child of Christine and George Hill. While skilled in fashion-fabric retail, her primary career was that of wife and mother. Virginia loved her garden, sewing for her girls, watching the birds in the yard, and Sunday dinners with family.
Virginia was preceded in death by her mother and father; husband, Robert W. Warning; sister, Jean Berry; and granddaughter, Jennifer Trock.
Virginia is survived by her brother, George Hill; son Robert Warning, Jr. (Linda); daughters Carol Trock, Bonita Randall (William) and Renée Grojean; grandchildren Michael Diehl (Stacey), James Diehl (Jennifer), Kris Hilgedick (Terry), and Amy Wallhausen (Arthur); and numerous nieces and nephews.
A private gravesite service will be held on Wednesday, August 12 at Johnson County
Memorial Gardens.
Family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Kansas City Hospice House, 12000 Wornall, Kansas City, MO.
