WILLIAM R. BURKE
William R. Burke, 71, of Overland Park, Ks passed away Wednesday, September 22, 2010. A private interment will be held at Johnson County Memorial Gardens.
William was born November 3, 1938 in Marion, Indiana to Paul and Janet Burke. Although born in Indiana, he grew up in Columbus, Ohio and attended Ohio State University where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Paul “Buddy” Burke, Jr.
Survivors include his son, Patrick (Ann) Burke; daughter, Kelly (Bob) Dippold; 4 grandchildren, Haley Burke, Jackson Burke, Ben Dippold and Kevin Dippold. He is also survived by 2 sisters, Margaret (Charles) King and Kathleen (Richard) Graham.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Vitas Hospice, 10000 W. 75th St, #240, Overland Park, KS 66204.
