William "Bill" Boos

William (“Bill”) Boos, 90, Overland Park, Kansas, passed away peacefully November 3, 2014.
Bill was born in Fairbury, NE, January 28, 1924. He married Eleanor (Schoenfelder) Boos at March Field Flyers Chapel in Riverside, CA on October 10, 1944; they were married 63 years. He served in WWII with the 5th Army Air Corp in the southwest Pacific theatre as a combat flyer.
Bill is survived by his sons; William (Jacqueline), Stephen (Diane) and Brian (Gail); 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 10AM Friday, November 14, 2014 at Johnson County Funeral Chapel, 11200 Metcalf Ave., Overland Park. Inurnment will follow in Johnson County Memorial Gardens, Indoor Courtyard of Memories. In lieu of flowers remembrance may be made to catholiccharitiesks.org or the charity of your choice.
