Yasuhiko (Ted) Hamada

Yasuhiko "Ted" Hamada was born December 12, 1947 in Kyushu Island, Japan to Takeshi Hamada and Yasu Hamada.   He passed away December 12, 2019 at his home.  Ted owned the most loved authentic Japanese restaurant "Kabuki" for over 30 years in two locations: Crown Center and Brookside in Kansas City, MO.  The business was still growing to spread Japanese food in the local area.  Ted is survived by his son, Patrick Paul Hamada, San Francisco, CA.   A memorial service to celebrate his life will be 2:00 PM Sunday, March 8th at the Johnson County Funeral Chapel.
